Shipping & Delivery
L’earth offers shipping via Standard and Registered Mail for domestic delivery. Due to potential high cost, international shipping is currently not available. Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours (Monday thru Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid delays in the delivery of your package.

For international orders, please contact us via enquiry@mylearth.com.sg. We will contact you for more details and advice you on the shipping quantity and fee. Please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes at the time the parcel arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer's, responsibility.

We are pleased to deliver your package via Standard Mail or Registered Mail to any location within Singapore at a fixed rate charge of S$5.00, regardless of the size of the package or the number of items you ordered.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company are granted access to use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

Customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Customers have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all customer records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Customers are required to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by L’earth to you will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personal identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within L’earth on a need-to-know basis. Any individual information identified related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Returns & Replacements

We are constantly striving to provide high quality merchandise and service and make shopping online a safe, simple and enjoyable experience for you. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, return or exchange the item in its original condition within 14 days from the date you receive it for a full refund. L’earth will only accept returns or exchanges of items that have been purchased on the online store, mylearth.com. Here is a step by step description of the return process:

Step 1

Go to the Orders and Returns page at the bottom of the webpage, fill in the form shown. (you can find the order ID on the lower front side of the item tag ). Continue to the next page. Please include your reason for returning the item. If you are exchanging the item, please give the details and shipping address for any items that you wish to receive in exchange.

Step 2

We will reply to your message confirming our acceptance of the return/exchange. In the event of an exchange you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping the replacements to you. We will advise of this cost in our confirmation email.

Step 3

Ship the item(s) you wish to exchange/return back to us including the unused merchandise with all original tags and the order receipt to the address below. In case of exchanges please also include postage stamps or a cheque made out to "L’earth (S) Pte Ltd" for the value of shipping the exchange items to you. Please keep a copy of the receipt for your records. Kindly note that returned items must be unused with tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt in order for us to process your request.

Your returned goods will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the package. An email notification will be sent to you when your returned goods has been processed and a refund will be made. In the case of an exchange, to simplify the payment process if the value of the exchange item(s) is different from that of the original item(s) we will cancel your original order and advise you to place a new order.

You can pay for the items purchased on the L’earth website with your Paypal account (if you have one). Both methods of payment are handled through Paypal's secure online processing service, do note that you do not have to register with Paypal in order to complete the process and place your order. You can safely and securely purchase items on the L’earth website just like any other shopping site. Simply look for the link that allows you to pay with a credit card when taken to the Paypal page after completing checkout for your order.

Once you complete the checkout and payment process your order is complete. We will send you an order confirmation email to the email address you have provided during checkout, containing the details of your order your contact and shipping details and other relevant information. Please check your email (including your "Junk" or "Spam" folder to ensure you have received the order confirmation email from us. This will ensure your order is processed smoothly and promptly. If you cannot find the order confirmation email please notify us by sending an email at enquiry@mylearth.com.sg.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Promotional periods will be advertised on the sliding bar on the home page whenever there is a promotion on the web-store. Prices will be adjusted accordingly during the promotional period. You can proceed to shop and checkout as per normal.

All your chosen items will be shown and updated at the top bar under the section ‘My Cart’.
